• Third-Party Tools: Some photo processing is handled using trusted third-party AI technologies. These providers adhere to strict data security and privacy standards. Photos sent to third-party tools are processed in compliance with this policy and are not retained beyond the processing duration.

Your photos are used exclusively to provide the features of the app, such as enhancing image quality, repairing damages, or applying artistic effects. Processed photos are not used for AI model training or any other purposes without explicit user consent.

• Internal Use: Your photos are accessed only by our secure systems to perform the requested processing. No employee or unauthorized party has access to user-uploaded images.
• Third-Party Services: When photo processing involves third-party AI providers, your photos are transmitted securely to those services solely for processing. These providers are contractually obligated to comply with privacy regulations and do not retain or use your photos for any other purposes.
• No Sale or Unauthorized Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your photos with advertisers or any other third parties without your explicit consent.

Photos you upload are retained temporarily on our servers to complete the processing tasks. Once processing is complete, photos are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours unless you save them explicitly through the app. Photos saved locally on your device are not accessible by us. You may delete photos at any time from within the app or on your device.
